Reserve Design Advantage is an independent provider of Reserve Studies
and is not affiliated with any property manager, contractor or material provider. Reserve Design Advantage is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and we hold a CAI Reserve Specialist certification.
What We Do
Reserve Design Advantage has assisted hundreds of clients in developing forward looking models of maintenance and repair projections along with the funding contributions necessary to accomplish them. Supported by state of the art software, our consultative approach results in a custom designed plan for each client. Reserve Design Advantage’s regional focus helps achieve accurate costing and lifespan estimations.
Who We Serve
Reserve Design Associates creates new and updated Reserve Studies.
A Reserve Study is a financial plan designed to ensure appropriate funding is in place for the repair and replacement of commonly held assets. Our clients are primarily midwestern home owner associations, with projects often coordinated through their property manager. Reserve Design Advantage has also assisted churches, businesses and other multi-owner entities.
