Brent Eckhart is certified as a Reserve Specialist (RS) by the Community Associations Institute.  He has created Reserve Studies for residential associations, businesses and churches throughout the Ohio Valley region.  Brent is a guest lecturer for the Condominium and Home Owner Study Project at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. speaking on the rationale, methodology and benefits of reserve study planning.  His background in facilities management and property management along with prior experience as president of a manufacturing business help create reserve studies that combine an accurate assessment of reserve assets along with realistic budget planning.  In addition to consultations with home owner Boards he has presented at many home owner association annual meetings on the advantages of reserve study implementation.
